Design System 总览

PHITE Handbook 使用克制、可审计、面向工程阅读的视觉系统。V1.1 是对已批准方向的 polish，不是重新设计。

固定原则

保留 PHITE five-color digital palette 与 industrial equipment color direction。
保留 IBM Plex Sans / IBM Plex Mono；中文使用 legally safe system fallback。
不使用 gradient、neon、decorative animation 或 marketing-site composition。
Grid 是技术图形语言，不是长文的通用 wallpaper。
Desktop-first、mobile-readable；表格/diagram 局部滚动，页面无全局横向溢出。

内容语义

Business Rule、Open Decision、Implementation Evidence 与 Reference 通过细边、label、subtle surface 和 typography 区分，保持工程文档密度，不做 oversized SaaS cards。

关联标准

Visual system status：Draft。 V1.1 可进入 owner review，但不会自动冻结。
