EPC 双语术语表

标记 Draft 的定义只解释 V1.1 架构，不能在缺少决定时冻结 PHITE 详细行为。技术缩写在首次双语定义后保持 canonical English abbreviation；不为翻译创造新缩写。

Naming conflict rule

同一 abbreviation 在多个 namespace 中存在时（例如 PR），search/integration 必须包含 object type 或 Collection，不假设全局文本唯一。

V2 术语呈现规则

Foundation 与 Workflow 已是 PHITE 架构中的受控名称，中文内容继续保留英文。其余普通栏目、状态和说明必须使用自然中文。Decision Owner、Current Leaning 与 System of Record 分别统一显示为“决策责任人”“当前倾向”和“权威记录系统”。

Terminology review

PL、PIV、PAY 的中文法定/业务显示词，MEC/EIA discipline display names，以及 Variation/Claim 的合同语境译法仍需 owner 确认；在决定前保留 canonical English term。
