Engineering Change 协调事件与 impact record;每个受影响 Foundation 拥有详细 consequence、authority 与 implementation evidence。
- Project 协调但不覆盖独立 domain status。
- Handbook 定义 normative/design knowledge;NocoBase 记录 operational facts;GitHub 记录 implementation;GBrain/context systems 保存历史语境。
- 当前 87-Collection evidence 只证明 Frozen ERP subset,不证明完整 EPC lifecycle 已实现。
